March? Are you kidding me? Ugh,I want it now!Why? Oh, why? This book was bittersweet. A lot of good and bad people/werewolves died. There were some things which bothered me, especially those about Talbot. I really wanted them to go differently.

I am really looking forward to the release of this final book in the Dark Divine series by Bree Despain. Release date is Dec 27, 2011. Book 2 left us really dangling, and I can't wait to see how it all wraps up.

OK, WTF?! Half the point of the entire series is Grace trying to save her brother. And she doesn’t. He dies. This was my favorite out of the whole series, and I was glad it was a long read in fact it could have even been longer I wouldn't have minded. I was that caught up in the story and the emotions of the characters. Mrs. Despain writes these amazing characters that you really feel, whether it's their joy or their pain and it is intense with all those big werewolf emotions are concerned lol. I absolutely loved this book. I mean Brent died and Jude died and Brent’s death was uncalled for. He could have survived dammit! Did Despain just have to add to the casualties of the war or the ceremony as they called it?This book was a 4 star for me. The whole death dogs, Shadow Kings, and lost boys thing was really juvenile. I’m surprised the author couldn’t come up with names that were fear-inspiring or at least mature. I got to say the first two books were really good and this book had a great plot and all, but I wasn’t as interested in reading this book. The beginning of this book was pretty good and had me interested in it, but the middle seemed pretty boring and not really what I want to read about. I enjoyed The Dark Divine trilogy. It’s nice when a series ends and it feels like each book serves a purpose and leaves you craving more rather than overstaying its welcome. The characters show growth throughout the books, and there is a good mix of romance, suspense and paranormal intrigue, along with spiritual themes. This is the end to the Dark Divine and I can only say that it's a shame I didn't like it better. It was okay. I liked it alright, but I found myself not liking it as much as the first two books. Grace is just.ying. She spends a lot of her time hitting Talbot, yelling at a lot of people, whining about Daniel, avoiding/resenting Jude, and ignoring a lot of important people - like her family and friends.
