    2. At first I didn't want to read this book because I have some friends going through this sad period. They are at different stages of breast cancer. The fight is arduous and daily and my role in all this is to help them not to give up, would make the smile more to the good mood help their treatments.Lucinda's book is so rich in detail about what goes on in character's mind that the reader feels really living her life.It is an inspirational story.     3. It was as good as other reviewers said. Having survived breast cancer myself, I was interested in her experience. She did the one thing I neglected to do-she was in a support group. This led me into a major depression that lasted years. I advise anyone now to get into a group, it can literally save your life!
