    1. #4 in Henry Wright Mysteries.First the good: I got to hand it to the author for having a variety of cases in the series that Henry has solved. Unfortunately this book is the same as the last one in that there's more of an emphasis on the love story part of the plot than the mystery and that's a very big disappointment for me. This is one of the better books of the series for me, but they have all been good and they are going to be re-read with pleasure.These books are just very comfortable, well written cozy type mysteries with individual characters that are believable. The author seems to know the settings well and be adept at putting together a very entertaining plot.


    3. I read this series of mysteries set in the Palm Springs area just because my daughter and her family live there. They aren't best sellers, but are a good read and since I know so much of the settings I liked them.
